Dynamics 365 Finance and Accounting Specialist

About this role We are seeking a skilled professional to support L3 and L4 bug fixes and manage change requests related to localization and legal requirements in the LATAM market. This role involves providing functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank, Tax. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of D365 Finance modules and ERP lifecycle, strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with global teams to maintain and enhance the D365 blueprint, addressing change requests arising from localization or legal changes. Requirements include proficiency in documentation and stakeholder communication, advanced English and Portuguese, and flexibility to work slightly earlier hours for overlap with CET (8 AM – 5 PM).
