Job Title: Director, Business Excellence We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Director, Business Excellence . This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and execution of a regional excellence strategy, enabling structured growth, innovation, and operational alignment across business and functional areas. About the Role This role requires a strategic advisor to support the deployment of excellence initiatives across Business Units and Functions. You will lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies. You will drive alignment of strategic plans through cascading KPIs and visual management tools. You will champion a culture of excellence, coaching teams and leaders to embed best practices in business operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent execution of excellence initiatives across commercial and support functions. What We're Looking For A university degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent) is required. An MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred. You must have proven experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership roles, or process optimization within a matrix organization. You must possess strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across diverse teams. You must have expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). You must have experience working with senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives. Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required.
