If you love accuracy, can spot inconsistencies quickly, and enjoy turning messy inputs into clean, precise data — this role will fit you perfectly. Workremotely and independently , while still being connected daily through Slack and team check-ins.Role Responsibilities Enter all ingredient information intoThe Walk-In , our internal platform. Upload supporting documents such as specification sheets, nutritional facts, GRAS and non-GMO statements, and certifications. Input supplier data: pricing tiers, minimum order quantities, lead times, and FOB locations. Set up new supplier profiles and maintain contact information. Identify missing information and coordinate with theSourcing Manager and Coordinatorto complete data entries. Perform regular data cleanup and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate closely with the sourcing team to ensure smooth data flow and transparency.Skills & Experience Must Have: Exceptionalattention to detailand accuracy. Strongwritten and reading Englishskills. Reliable communication and responsiveness during9 AM–5 PM PSTbusiness hours. Comfortable interpreting information from emails and attachments Proficient inGoogle WorkspaceandMicrosoft Office . Proactive, organized, and comfortable following structured processes. Tech-comfortable and willing to learn internal tools quickly.Nice to Have: Experience withExcel/Google Sheetsor database tools. Prior exposure topurchasing, procurement, or ingredient sourcing . Background in food science, nutrition, chemistry, biology, or lab work. Basic knowledge ofcodingor systems integration.
