Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.SummaryWe are looking for a SAP S/4 HANA IT Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in SAP, specifically focused on financial modules and tax regulations within the Brazilian context. The professional will be responsible for providing support and optimizing our SAP S/4 HANA systems, ensuring compliance with local Brazil tax laws and the efficiency of business processes.Job Responsibilities- Support HMH SAP S/4 HANA solution in Brazil ensuring alignment with business needs in finance and tax areas.- Work within SAP finance and tax areas, integrating accounting and financial processes with SAP.- Ensure that HMH SAP system comply with Brazilian tax legislation, including updating and maintaining tax rules.- Support and manage Tax One software, integrating it with SAP to optimize tax processes.- Support the issuance, validation, and integration of Brazil Electronic Invoices within the SAP environment.- Provide technical support and training to internal business users, ensuring proper use of SAP system functionalities.- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and propose suitable technological solutions.- Maintain updated documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations performed in SAP for Brazil.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.- Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.- Extensive experience in SAP finance modules.- Solid understanding of Brazilian tax legislation.- Experience with Tax One software.- Management of Electronic Invoicing (NF-e) processes.- Configuration and customization of SAP S/4 HANA finance and tax.- Fluent in Portuguese; intermediate or advanced English is a plus.- Relevant SAP certifications are considered an advantage.- Ability to identify and efficiently solve complex issues.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
