Responsibilities Provide technical sales & workflow presentations to clients (online and in person) On-site support and multi-day training with clients, with some travel required Customer technical support (phone, email), including possible calls during evenings and weekends Support our sales team with engaging technical demonstrations Tracking of clients\’ bugs and new feature requests Requirements Residence in Macaé, Brazil, is a mandatory requirement for this role Bachelor\'s degree in Earth Sciences or Engineering 5 years of experience in oil and gas operations Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English; experience creating and delivering presentations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Docs Working knowledge of Python Intermediate to advanced ability with StarSteer geosteering software is an asset Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc) Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience At ROGII, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
