What You’ll Own

• Help create and execute comprehensive testing strategies across our web and mobile platforms to ensure exceptional user experiences
• Build and maintain automated test suites that scale with our growing SaaS platform and evolving feature set
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to define quality standards and integrate testing throughout the development lifecycle
• Take ownership of end-to-end quality assurance, from feature specification review to post-release monitoring
• Dive deep into complex user workflows and edge cases to uncover critical issues before they reach customers
• Develop robust testing frameworks and processes that support our rapid development cycles while maintaining high quality
• Proactively identify quality risks, advocate for testability improvements, and drive quality-focused culture initiatives
• Help maintain a high-quality product while shipping fast

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software QA engineering experience, with a focus on both manual and automated testing for web based applications
• 3+ years designing and maintaining automated test scripts for web and API-driven applications
• Proven experience testing client-server architectures at UI and API levels in cloud-based (SaaS) environments
• Strong foundation in software testing theory and methodologies (functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing)
• Hands-on experience with modern test automation tools (Playwright preferred)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automated test execution pipelines
• Ability to write comprehensive test cases, test plans, and detailed bug reports
• Experience with Agile or Kanban development processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Professional-level English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and quality advocacy
• Experience in the messaging, voice, or telecom space
• Prior experience working at a fast-paced startup
• Experience with AI coding assistants in Cursor or VS Code environments
• Background in troubleshooting user issues and collaborating with support teams
