We are on the lookout for a passionate Support Engineer who will empower our customers and help them excel in their web scraping and proxy usage. Responsibilities Support our users with configuring proxies and popular scraping tools like Scrapy, Puppeteer, and Selenium, ensuring they gain the most from our technologies. Tackle a variety of challenges, including IP rotation, CAPTCHA management, and geo-targeting, to deliver seamless experiences for our clients. Develop helpful documentation, informative blog posts, and best practice guides that enhance user understanding and engagement. Work hand-in-hand with our engineering team to drive platform improvements and innovative solutions. Be dedicated to ensuring our customers are successful and satisfied with our services, forging strong relationships along the way. What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of experience in web scraping and proxy networks. Strong debugging and support skills, with a talent for problem-solving. Excellent written English communication skills to assist and educate users effectively. A proactive, self-directed attitude, ready to take initiative and deliver results. Bonus points for experience with blog writing, test validation, or working with residential proxies.
