The BIO Manager for BI, B2B Marketing and SMB in the LATAM Regional Office will be responsible for leading the development, alignment and execution of BI strategies, B2B Marketing initiatives, and SMB growth programs across all subsidiaries in Latin America.
This role requires continuous and structured engagement with the leadership and operational teams in every subsidiary, ensuring strategic alignment, execution excellence, and measurable results. The position involves cross-functional coordination with AC, EB and MX B2B teams, as well as DTC and Customer Service, to drive One Samsung solutions, foster a data-driven culture and enhance Samsung B2B market competitiveness.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Regional Alignment- Development and implementation of the BIO strategy for BI, B2B Marketing, and SMB across LATAM subsidiaries, aligned with LATAM and HQ strategic direction.
- Translate regional priorities into clear execution roadmaps for subsidiaries, ensuring consistent understanding and adoption.
- Lead strategic alignment sessions with LATAM Biz Areas Leaders, Subsidiaries HoDs and key stakeholders.
- Design, create and launch BI frameworks/dashboards to track performance in AC, EB, and MX B2B businesses, consolidating internal sources (GSCM, Salesforce for results, channel & pipeline management) and external sources (importation and project databases) for market intelligence and strategy deployment.
- Partner with subsidiary HoDs to ensure data accuracy, consistency and development of related action plans, providing fact-based recommendations to subsidiaries to optimize decision-making and strengthen project-winning ratios.
- Develop LATAM B2B marketing & communication plan for integrated offerings, aligning and supporting execution at each subsidiary level.
- Coordinate with HQ Marketing, B2B Integrated Offering Center (BIOC), LAO Marketing, LAO PR and local marketing agencies to manage regional content creation, including branded contents, case studies, sector-specific white papers, SNS contents to strengthen Samsung B2B market positioning.
- Lead the SMB growth plan for LATAM, coordinating with DTC, CS and subsidiary B2B teams.
- Implement best practice sharing forums among subsidiaries to replicate high-performing SMB initiatives.
- Support subsidiaries SMB strategies related to Affiliates Program & B2B Partnerships.
- Maintain structured engagement with all subsidiaries through regular calls and/or visits, fostering a collaborative culture, ensuring fluid communication, transparent reporting and quick escalation of needs or opportunities.
- Track regional KPIs for B2B Marketing and SMB across all subsidiaries and prepare executive-level reports for LATAM leadership and HQ, highlighting achievements and recommended improvement actions.
- Monitor budget allocation and ROI for regional and local marketing campaigns and SMB programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or related fields. MBA preferred.
- Experience in regional or multi-country B2B leadership roles, with proven success in BI & Marketing.
- Experience in engagement and alignment and conducting multi-disciplinary task forces with measurable impact on business performance.
- Proficiency in BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau), CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing KPIs.
- Fluency in English is a must. Spanish is desirable.
