**Role Overview**:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Owner to manage a portfolio of products or a complex product with multiple features, primarily within the game development or online gaming sector. This role is pivotal in aligning product strategy with organizational goals, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring excellence across the entire product lifecycle.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage a portfolio of products or a complex product with multiple features.- Ensure alignment of the product portfolio with the organization's strategic goals.- Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Make complex decisions related to product strategy and features.- Ensure consistency and excellence in product development processes.- Address challenges that have a significant impact on the organization's success.- Develop and maintain expertise in the market, industry, and emerging trends.- Lead initiatives for the continuous improvement of product management capabilities.- Defining the vision for the game or product, aligning it with company goals, and communicating this vision to the development team.- Responsible for the strategic direction of the product and identifying market opportunities.- Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, which includes creating, organizing, and refining user stories and tasks.- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback.- Effectively communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders.- Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.- Ensure that the development team has a comprehensive understanding of requirements.- Plan and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution in alignment with company goals and team capacity.- Work closely with development and delivery teams to define realistic timelines and ensure alignment and accountability across all stages of the product lifecycle.- Plan and coordinate product releases, taking into account dependencies and timelines.- Identify and manage risks related to product development and delivery.- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or success.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and other cross-functional team members.- Collaborating with the QA team to ensure that the product meets quality standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.- Staying informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.- Working closely with release managers and other team members to plan and schedule releases.- Ensuring that the product complies with relevant industry regulations.- Actively seek opportunities for product and process improvements.**Qualifications & Experience**:- At least 4-5 years experience as a Product Owner relevant role;- Experience in game development and or online gaming'- Strong organizational and leadership skills;- Experience working in Agile software development;- Advanced technical skills, excellent documentation skills;- Excellent English language communication skills;- Technical background with an understanding of software development processes;- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for gambling products.- Capable of operating effectively in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, all while upholding precision and meticulous attention to detail.
