Procuramos um profissional talentoso e experiente para atuar como PMO (Project Management Officer) ou PO (Project Owner) em um projeto estratégico de Data Visualization de alta complexidade para nosso cliente. O projeto envolve a transformação de grandes volumes de dados em insights acionáveis através de dashboards e relatórios. O candidato deve ser fluente em inglês para gerenciar e colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento, stakeholders e parceiros em nível global. Responsabilidades Principais Gestão de Projeto/Produto: PMO Foco: Gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo do projeto, incluindo escopo, cronograma, orçamento, riscos e qualidade, garantindo que os objetivos estratégicos sejam alcançados dentro do prazo. PO Foco: Definir, priorizar e manter o Product Backlog do projeto de DataViz, traduzindo as necessidades dos stakeholders e do cliente em histórias de usuário claras e critérios de aceitação. Comunicação Global: Atuar como o principal ponto de contato, facilitando a comunicação clara e eficaz entre o cliente, stakeholders executivos e os times técnicos distribuídos globalmente. Análise e Requisitos de Dados: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com analistas de dados e designers para refinar os requisitos de visualização, garantindo que os dashboards atendam às necessidades de informação e apresentem a narrativa correta. Governança: Estabelecer e manter padrões, processos e métricas de desempenho (KPIs) para o projeto, garantindo a transparência e o alinhamento estratégico. Mitigação de Riscos: Identificar proativamente riscos e impedimentos, desenvolvendo planos de mitigação e escalando problemas quando necessário. Requisitos Obrigatórios Experiência Comprovada: experiência atuando como PMO, Gerente de Projetos ou Product Owner em projetos de alta complexidade e grande escala. Proficiência em Inglês: Fluência obrigatória (escrita e conversação) para comunicação diária com times e stakeholders internacionais. Metodologias: Forte conhecimento e experiência prática com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e/ou tradicionais (PMBOK). Data & DataViz: Sólida compreensão dos conceitos de Data Visualization, Business Intelligence (BI) e Storytelling com dados. Capacidade de entender a estrutura de dados e como ela suporta a visualização final. Habilidades de Comunicação: Excelente habilidade de comunicação, negociação e gestão de conflitos, com experiência em interagir em nível executivo. Conhecimentos Desejáveis (Um Diferencial) Ferramentas de DataViz: Experiência prática com ferramentas líderes de mercado como Tableau, Power BI ou Looker Studio (Google Data Studio). Certificações: Certificações relevantes (e.G., PMP, PSM/CSM, SAFe).
