As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for building and managing an industry leading product in the area of promotional tools for the core product casino games. Working in a global environment you will be instrumental in ensuring the software and product smoothly perform in production environment distributed across high number of our B2B partner websites.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Product Vision**
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of the product vision with business goals and customers' needs
- ** Backlog Management & User Story Refinement**
- Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog, including user stories, epics and technical tasks
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure that user stories are well-defined and feasible
- Work closely with the development team to refine user stories
- ** Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as a primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders
- Gather and prioritise feedback from customers, users and internal teams
- ** Release Planning**
- Collaborate with the development team to plan releases and iterations
- Ensure that the most valuable features are delivered in each release
- ** Product Demos**
- Participate in sprint reviews and product demos
- ** Quality Assurance and Testing**
- Define acceptance criteria and quality standards for each user story
- Perform User Acceptance Testing
- ** Continuous Improvements**
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team and process
- Adapt and refine processes based on feedback and lessons learned
- ** Market and Competitor Analysis**
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor analysis
- Use market insights and data in product decisions and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, including defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps
- Experience with working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Able to work with both business and technical tasks
- Able to co-ordinate work across dependant teams
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
