We build scalable, secure blockchain-enabled solutions that supercharge fan experiences using digital assets.**THE ROLE**As a Product Owner for our WordPress-based websites, you’ll help shape the user experience by refining product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding development teams. You will work within an Agile framework to deliver incremental value, leveraging your working knowledge of product management practices and the organization’s goals. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with a moderate level of guidance while continuing to grow their knowledge and impact.**Key Responsibilities**:- Execute on the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for the development team.- Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine product requirements.- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies (Scrum) to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.- Ensure the quality of the development and efficient use of the resources.- Collaborate with the development team, BI team, and other business departments to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.- Own the product lifecycle, from inception to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.- Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.**Requirements & Competencies**:- ** Experience**: 2+ years as a Product Owner or Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.- **Agile Practice**: Applies Scrum principles to perform straightforward assignments; follows established guidelines to solve problems. Proven experience using Jira for user stories, backlog management, and tracking.- **Technical Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with WordPress and Jira for backlog, user stories and sprint management.- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Exceptional English communication skills (C2 level) for stakeholder and team collaboration.- **Analytical Thinking**: Able to analyze stakeholder/user needs and translate them into actionable user stories.- **Autonomy**: Works with moderate guidance; capable of independent task execution.- **Organizational Insight**: Proactive in building understanding of internal processes, customers, and goals.- **Industry Interest**: Knowledge and genuine interest about cryptocurrency and/or sports is a plus.**What We Offer**We offer you the chance to grow, to learn, to flex your creative muscles and to work on a project that is providing excitement to thousands of users.Our interview phase is a 3-step process where you’ll be able to ask us anything and get to know your team too.
