What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage complex, interconnected projects while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Build professional networks and connect resources to solve issues and achieve project goals
  • Define project scopes, best practices, processes, and policies to support program objectives
  • Assess program/project risks, propose resolutions, and track implementation through to completion
  • Present program/project proposals, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field
  • Five to eight years of experience managing multiple high-risk, high-cost full lifecycle projects within a program
  • Previous experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
