Growth Marketer In Global Running Company – Part‑Time With Room To Grow Into Head Of Marketing Hi... My name is Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. I am looking for a Growth Marketer to handle all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Our markets are growing (some by 100+%) and we are constantly seeking new channels and markets to sell our services. You should be analytical, structured, and creative with copywriting, opportunity spotting, and connecting B2C and B2B insights. Responsibilities Email marketing: optimize flows, build automation, analyze data, improve newsletters. Digital advertising: plan and run Meta & Google campaigns, test new platforms, focus on metrics that move the needle. Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, pitch bold ideas to reach new runners and companies. Collaborate directly with the founder, work remotely with 2–3 hrs of internal meetings per week, and prioritize deep work. Qualifications & Desired Traits Experience in growth marketing, B2C/B2B campaigns. Strong analytical and data/automation mindset. Creative copywriting and storytelling. Fast mover, collaborator, execution‑focused. Familiar with email marketing tools, digital ads, and automation platforms. Compensation & Details USD 1,400 per month, 25 hrs per week, part‑time, managed via Upwork. Working remotely with limited internal meetings and no expectation of 60+ hour weeks.
