Growth Marketer In Global Running Company - Part-Time With Room To Grow Into Head Of Marketing Hi, I’m Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. This role will be the Growth Marketer responsible for all marketing activities for our B2C and B2B clients. We are growing rapidly (some markets increase by 100+ %) and need someone analytical, structured, and creatively driven. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies across B2C and B2B channels. Build and optimize email marketing flows, newsletters, and automations. Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, test new platforms, and scale effective tactics. Create case studies, explore sponsorships, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners and corporate partners. Collaborate closely with the founder and global team via Slack; limited weekly internal meetings. Qualifications Experience in growth marketing, email marketing, and paid media. Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindset. Fast mover, strong collaborator, and execution focus. Comfortable working 25 hours a week, part‑time remote.
