Training Coordinator Job Description This role forms part of the Operations team and supports customers in Frankfurt, Germany. We analyze training needs provided by clients to determine session requirements. We manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where needed. We organize sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, ensuring their proper execution. We coordinate with our Indian team for any changes/updates in training events or programs. We ensure the completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices if necessary. We adhere to workflow and processes using a CRM tool to support learners at level 2.
