About the role We're looking for a Tech Lead to join the Winona Engineering team. The Tech Lead will be a trusted advisor and own the entire technical lifecycle for assigned projects, applying specialized skills to complex challenges, innovating solutions, and ensuring high‑quality delivery. Requirements 6+ years of software development, with 1‑2 years as a technical lead. Proven leadership of technical projects from inception to completion. Mastery of relevant languages, frameworks, and tools. Strong experience with Contentful, Webflow, WordPress, ReactJS, JavaScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Nuxt.js. Deep understanding of system architecture and design patterns. Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage concurrent projects. Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong leadership, mentorship, and delegation skills. Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends. Experience driving process improvement and change management.
