As part of this team, the **Business Analyst** will be responsible for drive value for BotCity and customers by analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities, and developing solutions that enhance our product offerings while ensuring efficient project delivery and customer satisfaction.**About the Role****Responsibilities**- To be assigned to BotCity customers- Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation to guide development and implementation.- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.- Conduct business process analysis and mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.- Work closely with product management to translate business needs into product features and enhancements.- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements documentation, process flows, and user guides.- Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.- Support change management initiatives by creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.- Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making and process improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.**Requisitos**:**Requirements**:- Bachelors degree in Computer, Administration and others- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.- Hands-on expertise with SaaS products.- Proficient in MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, and Slack.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.- Advanced English proficiency.- Excellent stakeholder communication.- Prior experience in early-stage, high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.- RPA automation knowledge**Nice to haves**- Experience working with BotCity products.- Experience with providing technical support to global teams.- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials and user guides.- Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.- Spanish - Advanced
