Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for a REGULATORY AFFAIRS JUNIOR ANALYST, located in São Paulo (BR) or São Jose dos Campos (BR).
**Key Responsibilities**:

Activities will be related to work with regional liaison and local teams to support, implement and deploy the regulatory strategy for Legal Entity transfer projects:
- Assist in daily activities at a departmental level.
- Support initiatives/projects to optimize and improve current regulatory critical processes.
- Update control's database with accurate information.
- Map and bring insights of improvement on our internal projects execution for all LATAM region, for local and imported products.
- Owning the preparation of regulatory documentation to fill the local dossiers for submission to Health Authorities (HA). Providing input into and reviews submission documents to ensure that they are fit for purpose, evaluating labeling statements as appropriate. Supporting the responses to HA questions in line with the approved product and franchise strategy.
**Qualifications**
Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
Bachelor's degree in a science related field, with a prefered experience in industry at regulatory area;
Basic working knowledge of Cosmetics, Medical Device or Drugs regulatory framework in LATAM;
Reasonable knowledge of the product life cycle process;
Strong connection and collaboration skill with ability to work and communicate with different partners like local regulatory, supply chain and QA;
Attention to details and commitment to timeline;
Intermedium English.
**Desireable**:
Advanced English;
Intermedium Spanish.
