Senior Attorney

Job Description: Lawyer with work experience and knowledge in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law; Manage internal cases and disputes with the external law firms; Support project bidding. Experience to draft, review and negotiate contracts like, sales, services, Outsourcing/Purchase, Memorandum of understanding (MOU), Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), etc. Experience prepare bilingual contracts (Portuguese and English), and some daily process operating like the payment; Provide legal consultation related to customs, tariffs, tax and fiscal matters and any other emergency. provide legal opinions, advises and orientation in the daily work of the company. Qualification: Must be graduated in Law; Experience in the topics descriptions, especially in-house legal experience; Experience in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law; Fluent in English language to communicate and write documents; Responsible and proactive, good communication skills as team player. Others skills, as differential: Knowledge in corporate area; Legal support and orientation to internal departments of the company; Experience working in telecommunication area.
