**Description**
**LatAm Market Technology Sales Support in local language - Portuguese/ Spanish.**
- Perform demonstrations and training on CME Group's platform solutions, market data products and other services offered by the exchange in terms of market technology.
- Support customers with onboarding and technical questions in coordination with Global Command Center, Market Data team, Global Account Management group, EASE, and other internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and track client interactions via CRM (SalesForce) including client meetings, feedback and opportunities.
- Generate leads when appropriate to explore new opportunities for Data and Platforms Solutions distribution.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams and stakeholders while maintaining clients up to date with their demands.
- Develop, maintain track, and report on all the initiatives related to the operations, development, and growth of CME Group's portfolio of market technology and data sales in the LatAm region.
- Explore regional demands with clients and partners to increase CME Group´s footprint in the region.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in the derivatives marketplace, futures and options. Degree in business or technology preferred.
- Experience with financial markets trading platforms and market data services.
- Experience in customer support and relationship management.
- Pro-active in following up and managing projects in a timely manner with several stakeholders.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Problem solver and ability to follow up with internal processes.
- Fluent in: Portuguese, English and Spanish.
- Advanced skills on Excel and Powerpoint, familiarity with Google Slides, Sheets, Drive and SalesForce CRM.
- Desirable: Knowledge of data products, cloud services, derivatives futures and options.
