Account Executive (E-commerce) Join us as an Account Executive at THE/STUDIO . Your role will focus on growing our e‑commerce customer base, managing key accounts on our SaaS platform, and ensuring our manufacturing partners deliver top‑quality products. The Role You will grow existing business and work closely with our customers in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment. What You’ll Do Close and manage e‑commerce companies on our SaaS platform Understand customers’ needs and represent their interests to our factories Organize and manage a production schedule for key accounts Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly Ensure customers receive services that meet their budget and needs Collaborate with team members to improve business processes Generate progress reports for customers and senior leaders Develop a strategic approach to exceed annual sales quota and net retention targets Keep your HubSpot pipeline updated consistently Maintain customer churn below 5% What We’re Looking For 3+ years of sales and account management experience, preferably in a startup 2+ years working with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive Prospecting experience is a strong plus Experience in the e‑commerce or FMCG industry Proven success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives Interest in selling sophisticated solutions at the C‑suite level Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C2) Strong persuasion skills for internal and external decision‑makers Strong time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills Remote‑ready: desktop/laptop with 8GB+ RAM, noise‑canceling headset, 20 Mbps+ internet, quiet environment Company Values Intellectually curious – asks questions and challenges the status quo Self‑motivated – delivers excellence with a clear purpose Good communication skills that enhance collaboration Radical candor – accepts and provides constructive feedback Operates with a sense of urgency and quick decision‑making Customer centricity – prioritizes the customer’s perspective in all decisions Results‑driven – focuses on measurable objectives Our Hiring Process Submit an application with resume/CV in English Initial chat with a global recruiter Interview with the hiring manager Assessment or case study (if applicable) Final interview We prioritize fair, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.
