About The Team/Role Develop payment products covering mainstream payment methods in Brazil to serve multiple industries, aligned with DiDi (99)’s internationalization strategy. Manage the payment channels and operations of Payin (collection) and Payout (disbursement) for DiDi (99)’s Brazil‑based international business, aiming to improve the success rate of local payment channels. Apply an in‑depth understanding of Brazil’s payment landscape—including card, installment, PIX, and e‑wallet payments—to drive results. Leverage proven best practices in card payments, installment services, channel MID management, and payment routing to deliver strong outcomes. Collaborate closely with partner teams (local business, risk control, and FIBD) and external institutions to define payment channel objectives and resolve product operation issues. In This Role, You'll Be... Responsible for Payin and Payout channel management and operation for DiDi (99)’s international business in Brazil, improving payment channel success rates. Identify and optimize product opportunities and issues through competitor analysis, data analysis, and user feedback to enhance user experience and payment performance. Work closely with local business, risk control, FIBD, and external institutions to define objectives and resolve product operation challenges. Implement best practices in card, installment, alternative payment methods (APMs), channel MID management, and channel router decision-making. We’re Eager to Be in Touch Because You Have... More than 5 years of experience in payment product management or payment operations; familiarity with risk control, payment channel routing, and merchant ID management is a plus. Work experience in industries involving card schemes, issuing banks, acquirers, or e‑wallets is preferred. Goal‑oriented with strong logical thinking; excellent ability to analyze, decompose, abstract, and solve complex problems, and develop best‑practice solutions based on successful experiences. Understanding of internet product development processes; able to independently formulate and plan product requirements with good data sensitivity and analytical skills.
