Brazil, Rio de Janeiro- Hybrid- Full-time- Principal- We're expanding our operations in one of the most significant markets for inDrive, and opening the role of a Business Development (Operations) Manager who'll be responsible for the business growth in Brazil. Business Development Manager oversees whole business operations in the region aiming regional growth.**Responsibilities**:- Growing business in Brazil with main KPIs of the ride-hailing business of inDrive: Rides, GMV, NetRev by managing team of Business Operations & Drivers Acquisition;- Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback;- Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand in the local market;- Setting and achieving financial targets for the region. Optimizing costs and allocating resources effectively to ensure profitability;- Coordinating interaction and processes between business and other departments;- Controlling launching plan in the region;- Coordinating the projects with GR/Legal departments;- Hiring, managing, and developing the Business Operations team;- Providing support in business and KPIs planning.**Qualifications**:- Fluent English and Portuguese;- 5+ years experience in business operations/expansion/launching in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, and E-commerce fields are highly preferred;- 2+ years of experience as a manager;- Strategic leadership in project management:- Planning and scheduling,- Budgeting and Cost Control,- Communication and Stakeholder Management,- Leadership and team management abilities, including effective delegation and motivation;- Advanced knowledge of analytical tools: Tableau, Google services, and other BI;- Marketing research experience;- Knowledge of digital marketing: planning, results evaluation, tools, and media planning;- Long-term strategic vision - ability to understand consequences of actions for a long-term perspective business outcome;- Operational Excellence;- Cross-functional collaboration;- Adaptability and flexibility;- Availability for recurrent business trips.**Conditions & Benefits**:- Competitive compensation package including comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage;- Meal allowance;- Embrace the opportunity to make an impact in a pivotal branch within the region, tackling significant business challenges while unlocking great potential for growth and impact;- Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility within the organization, allowing for increased levels of responsibility and growth within the company;- Partially or fully paid additional training courses, including English classes, and regular external and internal training.
