We are looking for a Training Facilitator to join the Customer Success team at Intellibrand. This is an exciting opportunity to support the education of our customers, interact with leading global brands and assist them in making the most of their platform subscriptions.Key accountabilities- Scheduling and facilitation of live client training sessions on the Intellibrand platforms- Development of training materials to ensure our clients optimize their platform use- Manage and create content for the knowledge Center to support self-service education- Support the onboarding process to ensure new customers are knowledgeable about the platform- Development and delivery of live-training content for roll outs for major product updates (on an as needed basis)- Collaborate with Ascential Digital Commerce colleagues across Client Education teamsThis list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.Skills, experience & qualifications required- Strong verbal communication- Ability to train in Portuguese, Spanish & English- Content and curriculum development- Technical writing- PowerPoint proficiency- Project Management- Assessment development skills- Learning technology experience is a plus, but not required- Professional experience in SaaS is a plus, but not required- Tons of energy, passion, and enthusiasm.
