Job Description About us: We are a global provider of airline catering and hospitality services, renowned for our excellence and innovation in the industry. Our team members are the driving force behind our success, consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service to our clients and their passengers across multiple regions. The job incumbent is responsible for providing support on general legal topics, drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as supporting departments in civil and corporate law matters, and other relevant topics to the company. Drafting, revising, and negotiating agreements with vendors, suppliers, and customers, as well as airport lease agreements. Drafting and revising legal documents, policies and official communications. Support in legal proceedings, hearings, and meeting legal deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Full qualified lawyer with good standing license from the Brazilian bar association. At least 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer. Proven experience in contractual law. Sounding knowledge of tax and corporate law highly desirable. Benefits Ability to work independently. High intercultural awareness. Advanced knowledge of Spanish. Advanced knowledge of English (a plus). Others Relationship with external law firms and internal departments, ensure compliance with internal and external deadlines, support the company's various business initiatives and foster best practices, collaboration and knowledge sharing across legal team.
