About UsWe are a leading provider of airline catering and hospitality services, renowned for our exceptional reputation and dynamic approach to the industry.Role Overview:The successful candidate will support our business in general legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as providing legal guidance on civil and corporate law topics.Main Responsibilities:Provide legal support to various departments, including Operations, Sales, HR, and Procurement.Drafting, revising, and negotiating agreements with vendors, suppliers, and customers, as well as airport lease agreements.Support in legal proceedings, hearings, and meeting deadlines.Advising internal clients on civil, corporate, and regulatory law matters.Monitoring legislative and regulatory updates to ensure compliance.Key Qualifications:Full qualified lawyer with good standing license from Brazilian bar association.At least 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer.Proven experience in contractual law.Sounding knowledge of tax and corporate law highly desirable.Ability to work independently.High intercultural awareness.Advanced knowledge of Spanish.Advanced knowledge of English (a plus).Full MS-Office package, including Excel.
