Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Site Manager opportunity based in San Jose, Costa Rica. Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance.

This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLC)/Service Contract Act (SCA). Employees may be eligible for a cost of living allowance.

Role Responsibilities

• Performs advanced logistics and maintenance, including System Administrator duties, to sustain Authority to Operate, operational availability, and equipment standards.
• Travels to support operations and maintenance at other sites within the area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications

• Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
• US Citizen
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Spanish speaking required
• Network background
• IAT Level II certification
• Proficient in using relevant technologies such as computers and tools pertinent to the position.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet
• Hands-on electronics experience
• Understanding of system flow
• Ability to read system schematics

Travel Requirements

• Active Passport
• May require travel within the US and internationally (CONUS and OCONUS).
• Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.

Physical Environment and Working Conditions

Supports TDY/OCONUS vaccination requirements. The role involves remote office work, site visits, and working around heavy machinery and at elevations. Must be able to lift materials within safety guidelines.
