Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced logistics and maintenance tasks, including system administration duties.
  • Travel to support operations and maintenance at other sites within the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • US Citizen.
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and written.
  • Spanish speaking required.
  • Network background.
  • IAT Level II certification.
  • Proficient in using relevant technologies such as computers and tools pertinent to the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Hands-on electronics experience.
  • Understanding of system flow.
  • Ability to read technical schematics.
Work Environment:

This role involves remote office work, site visits, and working around heavy machinery and at elevations. Must be able to lift materials within safety guidelines.
