Senior Site Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our global team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering operational excellence and supporting our complex projects.
This full-time opportunity is based in San Jose, Costa Rica. Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced logistics and maintenance duties to sustain operational availability and equipment standards.
- Travel to support operations and maintenance at other sites within the area of responsibility.
- Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
- US Citizen.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Spanish speaking required.
- Network background.
- IAT Level II certification.
- Proficient in using relevant technologies such as computers and tools pertinent to the position.
This role involves remote office work, site visits, and working around heavy machinery and at elevations. Must be able to lift materials within safety guidelines.
Working Conditions and Safety PrecautionsAs a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team. This includes following all safety protocols and guidelines, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.
