Our portfolio is solid and our pipeline is innovative with a focus on biological medicines in the Cardio-Metabolic, Respiratory and Oncology areas.Responsible for the provision of appropriate advice and to provide a consultancy services to business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners, ensuring that organisational change is managed in line with relevant policies and associated legislation.**Accountabilities**- Leads implementation of employee relations and broader employee engagement programmes, policies and processes;- Contributes to the development of overriding employee relations and broader employee engagement programmes and leads development of new policies and guidelines to support these programmes;- Manages relationships with senior management stakeholders to define and deliver employee relations support services within the market;- Supports senior management and to the field services in the area of development of positive employee relations;- Deliver administration of legally required employee relations structures, collective labour agreements and any other provision that may be applicable- Coordinates with HR partners to ensure that employment relations updates are also reflected in broader policies and procedures impacted by change- Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations related to employee relations;- Monitors employee relations trends and practices through the analysis of external and internal HR metrics;- Manages resolution of employee relations issues, liaising with appropriate resources to identify risks and propose appropriate approaches for resolution.**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**Bacharelor DegreeFluent EnglishExperience in ER frameworks
