Job Overview:

A key role within our organization exists for an experienced professional who can provide analysis and consulting services to major Mining/Minerals/Metals sector companies. This individual will be responsible for leading evaluations and developing recommendations to improve business competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly work with capital project teams to analyze data, identify areas of risk, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze technical, cost, schedule, and project management data from clients.
  • Write detailed reports providing insight and actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver verbal feedback and presentations to technical and business audiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mining engineering, geology) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Mining/Minerals/Metals industry, preferably with analytical research skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
