Are you a customer-focused superstar with a knack for making people feel valued and heard? If so, we want you to join our team as a Client Success Manager
As the go-to person for our customers, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way. You'll be a master of communication, using your charm and wit to build strong relationships and anticipate our clients' needs. And with your keen eye for opportunity, you'll be constantly on the lookout for ways to expand our business and make our customers even happier.
**The Job**:
- Enhance the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
- Leverage Inmagine methodologies and best practices to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our products by customers.
- Create new opportunities with existing customers through upsell and cross-sell identification.
- Protect existing revenue streams by ensuring that products are used and subscriptions are renewed.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to generate proper levels of adoption, ensure client is prepped for renewals and new revenue opportunities.
- Serve as a product evangelist for new capabilities and as the voice of the customer, providing feedback and insights to the product team.
- Drive product adoption, utilization, and consumption by customers.8. Ensure product, subscription, and usage by the customer base through excellent client service and understanding project and customer purchasing cycles.
- Proactively build strategies using data and systems to ensure YoY revenue growth and increased market penetration
**Requirements**:
**The Person**:

- **Someone who is comfortable to be engaged as an Independent Contractor.**:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Client Success Manager or any relevant role
- Background in SaaS is preferred.
- Must have experience in using CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Proficient in Spanish language will be an added advantage.
