Overview

This position supports efficient financial administration to ensure accurate accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, credit analysis and finance close processes, contributing to the organization's financial stability and cash flow control.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Issuing invoices and monitoring delinquency (including phone-based collections).
  • Recording and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Bank reconciliation and supporting the monthly financial and accounting close.
  • Controlling and reviewing reimbursements and advances.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports and indicators.
  • Interfacing with suppliers and banks for payments and negotiations.
  • Organizing and filing financial documents.
  • Credit analysis.
  • Issuing purchase requests.
  • Posting and settling charges and payments.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Education in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields (ongoing or completed).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Proactive and team-oriented work style.
