Head of Professional Services – LATAM (FCC Portfolio)

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to head our Professional Services team in LATAM, focused on our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) portfolio. This role requires a strong technical foundation to support complex client engagements across cloud and on-premise environments, as well as proven leadership capabilities to coach and develop a high-performing team of consultants.

Location / Work Model : Hybrid position, on-site once a week at our São Paulo office (Bela Cintra).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Professional Services consultants across LATAM; foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement; drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives.
  • Client Engagement & Delivery: Oversee successful delivery of FCC projects with high client satisfaction, adherence to scope, timeline, and budget; act as a senior technical advisor on cloud architecture, on-premise deployments, integrations, and scalability; support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of FCC solutions (AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening); provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for complex implementations; stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in cloud and compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Professional Services delivery; collaborate with Product, Sales, Support to ensure alignment and client success; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
  • Experience in a global matrix organization; familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel across LATAM (up to 15%).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Candidates will distinguish themselves with:

  • Extensive FCC domain experience and regulatory compliance expertise.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Proven business acumen, driving growth and client relationships in professional services or technology consulting.

Job Description : We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our commercial area and accelerate growth. This role will be strategic in developing and executing sales plans, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The Head of Sales will lead the sales team and drive market expansion with key players in the financial sector such as custodians, investment funds, asset managers, and trustees.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead and structure the sales team to ensure performance and target achievement.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with FintAI's vision.
  • Manage and expand strategic relationships with custodians, investment funds, asset managers, and trustees.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to strengthen value proposition.
  • Represent FintAI in high-impact negotiations and sector events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales in financial services or technology.
  • Strong network in capital markets with custodians, funds, asset managers, and trustees.
  • Experience leading commercial teams and managing performance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic, results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Admin, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • English is a plus.

Head of Operations

What you are going to do :

  • Directly manage LX operational teams, starting with Customer Support, with Teaching to be added later
  • Design and implement efficient operational processes and structures to ensure stable regional performance.
  • Set up, monitor, and improve KPIs and motivational frameworks for Team Leaders and their teams to achieve regional goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality via performance analytics, QA frameworks, checklists, and roadmaps.
  • Manage team budgets and cost efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Experience managing operational teams over 50 people (including 3–4 Team Leaders/Heads).
  • Experience in Sales, Contact Center, or Customer Support.
  • English and Portuguese proficiency.
