The Role

Senior Support Engineers (3 different profiles) in Buenos Aires (Argentina) - visit office occasionally may be required.

  • Timezone: US time zone overlap is needed for EST and CST. Working hours should have some flexibility as there are 3 shifts for support (night hours are not for this role).
  • Hybrid work mode (1 day visiting office preferred). If the candidate cannot visit weekly, consideration is possible if willing to come upon request. 1-2 hours commuting areas are acceptable.
  • Model of Cooperation: Direct Hiring B2B.
  • Duration: potentially long-term.
Ideal Profile & Requirements
  • Candidates should be Senior with 5+ years of experience, deep knowledge of Linux, and a smart understanding of underlying processes.
  • Will write Bash scripts, develop in Python.
Support Team Details

The support team supports what was built by the core team. It’s a small team with up to 10 members, including roles such as:

  • Senior Support 1st role (Linux + Jira, Confluence, Tableau, GitLab/GitHub experience a plus).
  • Senior Support 2nd role (Linux + strong knowledge of GitLab/GitHub).
  • Senior Support 3rd role (Linux + strong knowledge of Jira/Confluence).
