Job Summary:
biwin is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will lead our e-commerce strategy, enhance online business performance, and optimize the digital shopping experience for consumers. This position is essential for expanding our direct-to-consumer sales channels and increasing online brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy:
o Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online saleso Manage and optimize performance on official company online store and third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, etc.)o Establish annual e-commerce business goals and key performance indicators- Platform Management:
o Oversee product listings, content updates, and inventory managemento Ensure consistency of product information and pricing across all e-commerce platformso Optimize product pages to improve conversion rates and user experience- Data Analysis:
o Analyze e-commerce platform data to guide decision-making and strategic adjustmentso Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment rateso Provide detailed sales reports and trend analysis- Digital Marketing:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop e-commerce-specific marketing campaignso Manage search engine marketing and display advertising campaignso Implement email marketing and customer retention strategies- Inventory & Order Management:
o Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availabilityo Monitor order fulfillment processes and customer service levelso Resolve inventory and logistics-related issues- Market Trend Analysis:
o Research e-commerce trends and consumer buying behaviorso Monitor competitors' online activities and performanceo Identify growth opportunities and potential partnershipsQualifications:
- 3+ years of e-commerce management experience in consumer electronics or related industries- Familiarity with major e-commerce platform operations and optimization (Amazon, Newegg, etc.)- Data analysis and interpretation skills, with knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools- Strong project management and multitasking abilities- In-depth understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- Proficiency with e-commerce platform backends, CRM systems, and analytics tools
