Mkt-On-Site Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for BIWIN Storage's product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B and B2C marketing within the technology sector. This role is crucial for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our sales growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectivesCreate and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocationBrand Management:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materialsDevelop and enhance brand positioning in the storage solutions marketDigital Marketing:
Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media presenceManage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programsContent Creation:
Direct the development of marketing collateral including product sheets, case studies, and white papersEnsure all content effectively communicates product benefits and value propositionsCampaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channelsMeasure campaign performance and optimize based on analyticsEvent Coordination:
Organize company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry eventsPlan and manage product launch events and webinarsMarket Research:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activitiesUse insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunitiesTeam Leadership:
Manage marketing team members or external agenciesProvide guidance and mentorship to develop team capabilitiesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
MBA preferred5+ yearsof marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management roleProven experience in technology or IT hardware marketingStrong understanding of digital marketing techniques and analyticsExcellent project management and organizational skillsCreative thinking with analytical capabilitiesOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesExperience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
