**Job Description**:
- Principais atividades:
- Suporte na administração de Ordens de Vendas do Brasil e America Latina, fazendo a conferência das informações da proposta e pedido de compras do cliente antes e depois da ordem ser convertida, trabalhando junto às áreas envolvidas para corrigir o problema (caso aplicável), garantindo que todas as aprovações foram enviada e mantendo a documentação salva na ordem de vendas dentro do sistema SAP;
- Suporte nas alterações das ordens de vendas durante todo o ciclo de vida do projeto, trabalhando em conjunto com o gerente de projeto, Logistica, Finanças etc., auxiliando o processo de faturamento e mantendo o cliente atualizado;
- Suporte na criação de ordens de Vendas manuais de terceiros e intercompany;
- Suporte para garantir que todos os processos estejam sendo feitos de acordo com os procedimentos aplicáveis e dentro das regras de compliance.
- Requisitos:
- Graduação em andamento, preferencialmente nos cursos de Adminstração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
- Inglês Intermediário/ avançado, com habilidade para conversação;
- Espanhol será um diferencial.

- Main activities:
- Support in the administration of Sales Orders in Brazil and Latin America, checking the information of the proposal and purchase order of the customer before and after the order is converted, working with the areas involved to correct the problem (if applicable), ensuring that all approvals were sent and keeping the documentation saved in the sales order within the SAP system;
- Support in the changes of sales orders throughout the project life cycle, working together with the project manager, Logistics, Finance etc., assisting the billing process and keeping the customer updated;
- Support in the creation of manual sales orders from third parties and intercompany;
- Support to ensure that all processes are being carried out in accordance with the applicable procedures and within the compliance rules.
- Requirements:
- Graduation in progress, preferably in courses of Administration, Economics or related areas;
- Intermediate/advanced English, with conversational skills;
- Spanish will be a plus.
