Key Responsibilities:
- Develop management processes and mechanisms for client work
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain and manage the posting of information on different social media
- Be familiar with the functions of the company's products and be able to answer customers' questions
- For customers' problems, internal communication can be promoted to get solutions
- Regularly summarize customer problems and feedback them to product and operation colleagues
- Manage freelancers and do a good job of customer service training
Profile Characteristics:
- Formal education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related. (Required).
- Language: Advanced in English (Required).
- 3+ years of experience in the field. (Required)
- Candidates are expected to have strong learning ability and awareness of customer service
- If you have basic knowledge of Web3, it is preferred (Required)
