Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop management processes and mechanisms for client work
  • Improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and manage the posting of information on different social media
  • Be familiar with the functions of the company's products and be able to answer customers' questions
  • For customers' problems, internal communication can be promoted to get solutions
  • Regularly summarize customer problems and feedback them to product and operation colleagues
  • Manage freelancers and do a good job of customer service training


Profile Characteristics:

  • Formal education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related. (Required).
  • Language: Advanced in English (Required).
  • 3+ years of experience in the field. (Required)
  • Candidates are expected to have strong learning ability and awareness of customer service
  • If you have basic knowledge of Web3, it is preferred (Required)
