Esperamos de vos

• Atención de llamadas Telefónicas y resolución técnica remota.
• Excelente comunicación y trato cordial
• Conocimientos en Active Directory, DNS y DHCP.
• Gestión de backlog
• Seguimiento de casos
• Gestión de herramientas de Ticket.
• Conocimientos en Windows 10 y 11
• Conocimientos en Office365
• Conocimientos de ITIL (No excluyente).
