Perfect — you’ll fit right in. We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Commercial Planning Associate to join our team within the e-commerce and retail media space. This role is essential in supporting our commercial structure, ensuring that the sales pipeline, reporting, and proposal processes run smoothly and efficiently across multiple markets in LATAM. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and other cross-functional teams (Partnership, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and BI) to help drive business growth through organization, analysis, and process optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and wants to grow within an international business environment. What You’ll Do Here: Maintain and organize CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy, follow‑ups, and consistent reporting. Support the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, SOWs, and presentations for prospective clients. Assist in structuring pricing models and commercial materials across countries. Consolidate leads, opportunities, and client information to optimize the sales process. Conduct market and category research to identify new business opportunities. Map potential clients and decision‑makers using LinkedIn and other tools. Analyze KPIs (GMV, ROAS, Ad Spend, etc.) to support data‑driven strategies. Cross‑Team Coordination. Collaborate with Partnership, Marketing, Strategy, and BI teams to align deliverables for prospect presentations and pitches. Act as a connector between new business and operations to ensure smooth onboarding. Participate in calls, meetings, and follow‑ups when required. Support the creation and improvement of internal documentation and templates. Help streamline and improve the overall sales process efficiency. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify decision makers within the targeted accounts through sales tools, mailings, and LinkedIn. Then, engage with the decision‑makers through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry networking. Effectively vet and qualify new inbound leads to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales activities. Presentations & Reports: Build compelling presentations, reports, and audits for potential clients using data‑driven insights. We Need a Person With: Bachelor completed in Sales, Administration, Advertising and /or Marketing fields. Advanced English: proficiency to discuss, write and carry out compelling business presentations. Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience with performance marketing KPIs. What we consider as a plus: Experience in the commercial area. Knowledge of commercial methodologies. Previous experience in Digital Media and its main vehicles. Prior experience with Google Ads.
