This is a data-driven and highly collaborative role, combining analytical thinking with strong organizational skills to coordinate projects and support the sales team. Role Responsibilities Project Coordination & PMO Support : structure and follow up on timelines, owners, and deliverables for special projects. Prepare progress updates and support project status meetings. Ensure alignment between commercial, operations, product, and supply-chain teams. Commercial Planning Support : monitor sales funnel, target achievement, and related metrics. Support the construction of sales targets and launch thresholds. Prepare analyses of supply and demand, asset utilization, and performance improvements. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration : identify opportunities for testing and process improvements, proposing actionable next steps; maintain close contact with the sales team to clarify needs and priorities; contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Role Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in planning, analytics, or project coordination roles. Strong analytical mindset and solid knowledge of Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus). Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
