Team Overview The Commercial Planning team transforms commercial objectives into structured rollout and execution plans. As a Senior Analyst, you will take ownership of complex planning activities, develop prioritization models, and ensure high-quality deliverables that guide sales execution. You will also provide guidance to junior analysts and support the Manager in coordinating planning outputs. Role Responsibilities Leading specific city rollout projects, ensuring on-time delivery of launch plans. Developing prioritization models for commercial approach (by city/category). Conducting advanced sales team capacity analysis and recommending adjustments. Designing and improving territory mapping models with higher autonomy. Building and refining GTM packages with actionable recommendations. Preparing sales playbook drafts and aligning with sales leadership. Supporting the Manager in coordinating analysts’ deliverables and mentoring junior roles. Role Qualifications Solid experience in Sales Operations, Planning, or Business Analytics. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop models and frameworks independently. Proactive ownership of projects and capacity to deliver end-to-end outputs. Fluency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus. Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
