Workforce Management Analyst This is a highly technical role that requires a strong understanding of workforce management systems. You will work closely with customers to understand their complex environments and implement optimal solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management, as well as strong interpersonal skills. This position involves managing projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies. Your responsibilities will include delivering consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams. You will also design solutions that best fit customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard functionalities. Prior experience with project management and billing processes is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: Drive Requirement Assessment Workshops: Collaborate with senior members of the customer organization to assess requirements and develop solutions. Solution Design: Design solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to Kronos standard functionalities. Functional and Technical Solution Design Documents: Prepare comprehensive documentation outlining the solution design. Offshore Technical Team Collaboration: Work closely with the offshore technical team to build the solution and address queries. User Training: Provide training to core users of the customer organization. Customer User Acceptance Tests: Manage user acceptance tests to ensure successful solution deployment. Project Milestone Alignment: Collaborate with project managers to align project milestones and ensure timely billing. About You: The ideal candidate for this role will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage specific tasks to completion. Experience working with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
