**Resumo do Objetivo da Função**:
Responsável por executar as atividades relacionadas com Tecnologia da Informação (TI) na empresa, compreendendo a definição, desenvolvimento, manutenção e operação dos sistemas e infra-estrutura, assim como manter o nível tecnológico da área atualizado, implementando novos procedimentos e técnicas.
**Responsabilidades do Cargo**:
- Oferecer suporte técnico na definição, desenvolvimento e manutenção dos sistemas e infraestrutura de Tecnologia da Informação.
- Oferecer suporte e conduzir treinamento aos usuários.
- Instalar, configurar e manter preciso inventário dos ativos e sistemas da área.
- Auxiliar na administração da rede de dados e telecomunicações.
- Auxiliar no desenvolvimento e implantação de projetos.
- Cadastrar fornecedores qualificados para TI e acompanhar a execução de serviços, garantindo padrão de qualidade.
- Oferecer suporte técnico e orientação na coordenação e aplicação dos processos de padronização global.
**Competências Técnicas necessárias para o desempenho da função**:
- Essencial: Cursando Ensino Superior na área de Tecnologia da Informação.
- Desejável: Ensino Superior Completo
- Desejável vivência anterior de 01 a 02 anos em suporte técnico em T.I.
- Desejável conhecimento no sistema SAP e certificações relacionadas a sistemas operacionais, suporte técnico à computadores e rede de gerenciamento de projetos;
- Inglês e Espanhol em nível de leitura e escrita - (básico)
