Our Customer Care handles our important customers, ensuring we’re partnered together to achieve our common goals. Responsibilities Prepare proposals and bids. Negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with commitments. Conduct commercial risk assessments. Respond to customer needs for quotes, coordinating responses when requests differ from standard offers. Handle standardized products with pre‑defined options. Contribute to predefined contracts and frameworks of conditions and prices. Manage targeted clients and discuss sales approaches with management. Lead a department of medium‑to‑large personnel costs. Handle low to medium‑size regions, stable regions, and established market presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, International Relations or equivalent; alternatively, high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of sales experience. Experience with SAP and Salesforce. 3–5 years of experience in customer care. Fluent or advanced written and spoken Portuguese. Fluent or advanced written and spoken English. Fluent or advanced written and spoken Spanish is a desired skill. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
