We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Analyst to join our Marketing team with a clear mission: design and optimize our paid media strategies to maximize performance, scalability, and ROI across multiple digital channels.

This professional will play a key role in managing global campaigns, analyzing performance, implementing optimizations, and ensuring initiatives are fully aligned with business goals. The main focus will be executing data-driven strategies to generate qualified leads and continuously improve acquisition efficiency.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Bing, and others.
• Manage media budget allocation, ensuring ROI optimization and alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results to stakeholders.
• Apply advanced targeting and audience segmentation strategies to reach key decision-makers and influencers in B2B accounts.
• Conduct ongoing testing (A/B, creatives, targeting, bidding) to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
• Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI) to ensure continuous improvement of acquisition strategies.
• Track and analyze the B2B sales funnel, monitoring metrics from Leads, MQL, SAL, SQL, and Opportunities through to LTV and ACV.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Content, CRM, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design—to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
• Stay up to date on market trends, paid media innovations, and the competitive landscape to quickly adapt strategies.

• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, especially on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, with a strong focus on performance campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of media planning, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and optimization for B2B lead generation.
• Track record of achieving measurable results in lead acquisition and contribution to the sales pipeline.
• Proficiency with analytics and performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio/Tableau.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and their integration with paid media campaigns.
• Experience with the U.S. SaaS market.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS and B2B marketing ecosystem.
