Job Description

As a Business Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall goals. This includes monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to optimize business processes.

One of your key objectives will be to design and implement planning methodologies that increase forecast accuracy. You will leverage best practices from various markets, locations, and external research to achieve this goal.

Additionally, you will drive the implementation of people, process, and technology plans within Workforce Optimization. This involves collaborating with peers to ensure alignment with overall client claims and business strategies.
