Job Opportunity: Global Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated business analyst to join our team in Brazil. As a global business analyst, you will be responsible for developing effective performance management and monitoring systems, promptly and accurately interpreting business progress, attributing issues, and providing strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems for frontline teams based on business goals and strategic orientation.
  • Design reasonable performance monitoring systems, drive implementation, and guide support for achieving business objectives.
  • Lead special research and performance reviews on key topics, accumulate business insights, and continuously iterate the performance monitoring and evaluation systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis preferred.
  • High business acumen, excellent analytical skills, proficient in using data analysis tools like SQL, adept at identifying issues and proposing solutions from data.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating resources across departments to implement solutions.
  • Passion for international business, open-minded, and willing to accept overseas assignments in Brazil.
